Thomas Leung Structural Engineering was founded in 1990 with a vision to make breathtaking structures a reality through a collaborative engineering and architectural effort. We are an independent firm of highly qualified structural engineering consultants and an active member of the Structural Engineers Association of BC (SEABC) and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC (APEGBC). From low to high rises, we design all structural aspects of any type of building structure.
