YOGA4STIFF GUYS™
This class is specifically designed for, and focuses on the needs of the male body type in practice. Emphasis is on poses to open the hips, quadriceps, hamstrings and lower back.

YOGA4STIFF PEOPLE™
This yoga class makes yoga accessible for every-body! It is designed for students who want to improve flexibility, increase strength, and connect the mind and body.
